I strive to identify the “why” behind the symptoms or condition(s) you are experiencing. I do this by doing a detaied examination of your patient history, providing you with a comprehensive questionnaire, and requesting any necessary labs or tests.
Balanced, Whole Food Plans
My dietary treatment plans are based on a “whole food first” approach. I also place emphasis on a balanced diet as a vital key to recovery, as nutrients are co-dependent and act synergistically within the body.
Holistic Lens
There are many factors that negatively impact your health and require intervention beyond dietary changes. This includes stress, trauma, sleep disruption, inactivity, harmful relationships, belief systems, and your environment. Identifying these on your nutritional healing journey can support lasting wellbeing.
Supplemental Support
Depending on your concerns, you may benefit from supplements as a part of your diet and lifestyle regimen. This is usually the case for patients with nutrient deficiencies. Unlike prescription medication, supplements have minimal to no adverse side effects.
